Born in 1953 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ed owned and operated COLLECTOR’S CORNER, Philadelphia’s first comic book and movie poster store.

Ed’s credits include several contributions for MODEL & TOY COLLECTOR magazine, HOBBY FX magazine and HFX magazine.

He was also a partner in the resin kit model company, NECRONOMI-CONCEPTS that produced several “out of control” resin kits

When not contributing to the hobby, Ed worked for VERIZON, where he developed a computerized information access system that is still used, world-wide, to this day. He was awarded their highest award, THE SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE, by non-other than the voice of Darth Vader, himself… James Earl Jones.

Ed developed the original concept of the lightsaber used by that diminutive Jedi master, Yoda which was published in THE STAR WARS VISUAL DICTIONARY and eventually used in the film.

Currently, Ed operates THE which carries replica props from the various spy genre films such as James Bond, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Wild, Wild West and others as well as offering a full line of reproduction animation cells of several of our childhood cartoon favorites.
